I'm not receiving notifications
Check Settings > Notifications > LotteryManager on your iPhone to make sure notifications are enabled. Low Power Mode, Do Not Disturb, and Focus modes can suppress alerts. Also confirm that in-app alarms (entry deadline / result announcement) are turned on.
What if a lottery isn't in the catalog?
You can paste a Twitter/X URL or enter the details manually. From the in-app catalog, you can also use "Request catalog" to ask us to add a TCG / pack / category.
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to the cloud. Uninstalling the app will remove the data, so please be aware of that.
How do I move data to a new device?
Restoring from a device-wide iCloud backup will carry over your lottery data. There is no in-app cloud sync at the moment.
I accidentally deleted a lottery from the catalog
Re-add it from the catalog via "Add to applications". There is no restore feature for manually entered lotteries, so please re-enter them if you remember the details.
Is there an Android version?
iOS only for now. An Android version is not planned at this time.
Reporting bugs
When reporting a bug, please include the following so we can investigate efficiently:
- iOS version (e.g. iOS 26.1)
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 17)
- LotteryManager app version (shown at the bottom of the My Page tab)
- The screen where the issue occurred and the steps to reproduce
- Screenshot, if possible
Including [LotteryManager / Bug] in the subject helps us triage it sooner.
