These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of LotteryManager (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the relationship between you and us with respect to the conditions of the App and your use of it.
2. Conditions of use
- The App runs on iOS devices. Supported OS versions follow the listing on the App Store.
- Core features are free. The App displays advertising.
- Use of the App requires an Apple ID and compliance with the App Store Terms.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or public order
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or honor of us or third parties
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Exploit vulnerabilities or impose excessive load on the App
- Interfere with the operation of the App or harm our reputation
- Engage in any other behavior we deem inappropriate
4. About catalog information
The App displays a catalog of Pokémon card and other lottery sales. The catalog is compiled and updated based on publicly available information from each retailer, but we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness with respect to:
- The accuracy of application periods, purchase periods, or result dates
- Whether a lottery will actually take place or whether its terms will change
- Winning probabilities or how results are handled (results are decided by each retailer)
Always verify with each retailer's official information before applying or purchasing, and act at your own discretion.
5. Notifications
Notification delivery is best-effort. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered due to the following factors, and we are not liable for any resulting damage:
- OS notification settings, Low Power Mode, Do Not Disturb, etc.
- Device power state or network condition
- OS-level power management (Background App Refresh limitations, etc.)
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App — including its code, design, logo, and text — belong to us or to the rightful holders. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these without our prior consent.
Product and character names such as Pokémon and One Piece belong to their respective rights holders.
7. Advertising
The App shows banner advertising via Google AdMob to support continued operation. Please direct inquiries about advertising content to the advertiser or AdMob.
8. Backups
Lottery data created in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup, so data may be lost due to device failure, loss, or uninstall. We recommend taking your own backups (device-wide backups, etc.).
9. Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
- We do not warrant that the App is free of bugs or fit for a particular purpose.
- Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Changes and termination
We may change the App's content or discontinue it without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from such changes or termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms without prior notice when we deem necessary. Modified Terms take effect when posted on this site.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of first instance in our location.
